Alpine Eagle – Blue

The Chopard Alpine Eagle 41mm (Ref. 298600-3001) is a contemporary reinterpretation of Chopard’s iconic 1980 St. Moritz model. Designed by Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, this timepiece draws inspiration from the majestic Alps and the noble eagle. Crafted from Lucent Steel™—a highly reflective, ultra-resistant, and hypoallergenic alloy—the watch boasts a 41mm case with a thickness of 9.7mm, ensuring both durability and comfort.

The striking blue dial, achieved through a galvanic treatment, features a sunburst pattern reminiscent of an eagle’s iris. Rhodium-plated Roman numerals and hour markers, coated with Super-LumiNova®, ensure optimal legibility. The dial also includes a date display between 4 and 5 o’clock.

At its heart lies the in-house Chopard 01.01-C self-winding mechanical movement, comprising 207 components. This COSC-certified chronometer operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers a power reserve of approximately 60 hours. The movement is visible through a sapphire crystal case-back, showcasing its intricate finishing.

The integrated bracelet, also in Lucent Steel™, features a combination of satin-brushed and polished finishes, secured with a triple folding clasp. With water resistance up to 100 meters, the Alpine Eagle 41mm seamlessly combines elegance, functionality, and a commitment to sustainable luxury.
